THE ODYSSEY PROJECT

In 2008 Elizabeth and her husband, Charles, were invited to teach a course for a small number of executive students at the Drucker School of Management in Claremont Graduate University in California.   The purpose was to help them to clarify their priorities for their life's journey after graduation.

The course was based around Elizabeth's idea of the Still Life.  Each student was asked to compile three Still Lives: one of their own personal values, one for the organization's values as they perceived them, and one for the organization as they would like it to be.

Each student discussed their Still Lives in a private tutorial with Elizabeth and Charles and then, later, with the whole group.  The final set of portraits was the subject of an exhibition to which all members of the faculty were invited.
